We warmly welcome you and your groups to Tihany, next to the abbey, at the Tűzkert Restaurant, where our most famous dishes are prepared in a traditional wood-fired oven.

We welcome guests in one of Tihany’s oldest historic buildings, with a heated interior that can accommodate 45 people and a pleasant, shaded garden that can seat 90.

The following prices are reduced by commission and apply to groups of 20 or more, in which case the tour guide(s) and driver are our guests.

We also welcome large groups upon advance notice for à la carte dining, for which we offer a 10% discount.

Upon request, we can arrange live music for an additional fee.

• Grilled pike-perch with lemon sauce and parsley potatoes
• Mint flavoured cottage cheese mousse with fresh fruits

• Bouillon with home made noodles
• Oven roasted crispy duck thigh with onion potatoes and steamed cabbage

Vegetarian menu

• Fresh mixed salad with seeds and dressing
• Fried dumplings with mushrooms and cheese, served in venison sauce
• Moonlight pudding with fruit ragout

Drinks package

• Welcome drink (0,4 dl pálinka)
• 2 dl quality white wine or 0,5 l Budweiser beer
• soft drinks and mineral water without limitation!

The price of the drinks package is
13,900 HUF/person.

After your meal, we can serve our guests espresso or cappuccino for an additional charge.
